Cancellation and refund policy
Course registration may be cancelled up to five working days prior to course commencement with participants either transferring to another course event or receiving a refund, less a 10% administration fee. All other forms of cancellation will be refunded at the discretion of Sustainable Footprint. You may substitute another participant at any time prior to the event date if the nominated person is unable to attend.
All requests for a refund must be made in writing to: training@s-f.com.au
Access and equity issues
Sustainable Footprint welcomes all individuals who would like to participate in any of our courses. If you have any issues regarding access or equity, please tick here and you will be contacted by Sustainable Footprint for assistance.
Please note that the event organisers retain the right to alter or amend any or all of the details of the event. Personal insurance for injury or loss of property or baggage is the responsibility of the attendee.
Terms and conditions
Sustainable Footprint (The Company) provides the Assessor Training Course (the Course) designed by the Commonwealth Department of Environment Water Heritage and the Arts (DEWHA) by agreement with DEWHA.
Upon satisfactory completion of the Course the Company will provide the Attendee with a Certificate of Completion
The Certificate of Completion will enable the Attendee at his or her own expense to apply to the Association of Building Sustainability Assessors (ABSA) for registration as an ABSA Accredited Assessor and then to enter into a Contract for the provision of Assessor Services with DEWHA to conduct assessments for the Green Loans Program.
The Company provides no warranty or assurance that an Attendee will be able obtain registration as an ABSA Accredited assessor or be able to enter into a Contract with DEWHA to conduct assessments for the Green Loans Program or that the Attendee will otherwise be able to benefit in any way ,financially or otherwise, by attendance at the Course.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria.
